Commission Guidelines- I reserve the right to refuse any order — please don’t take it personally.
- References are required: Send me your character(s) and their details. If you want me to choose a pose, provide character traits and facts so I can make the drawing match your vision.
- My goal is to make the artwork as close to your vision as possible!

Payment
- Full payment must be made upfront via PayPal.
- Work will not begin until the full payment is received.Refunds
- Refunds cannot be issued in full once work has started.Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Standard turnaround time is 4 weeks.
- The TAT may be longer depending on the complexity of the project
- In case of delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Changes & Work-in-Progress (WIP)
- Once a WIP is confirmed/approved, the artwork is considered accepted at that stage.
- Any additional changes after WIP approval will incur an extra fee, based on complexity.
- Alternatively, the client may choose to keep the artwork as approved with no further changes.Pickiness & Communication
- Please avoid being excessively picky.
- Clear and precise communication from the start is appreciated.Usage Rights
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only (e.g., prints, wallpapers, profile pictures, personal clothing).
- Commercial use is strictly prohibited. You may not earn money from my artwork in any form.
- Commercial use will be allowed after a re‑evaluation and once a new price is agreed upon.
- If you don’t want me to post your artwork on my social media or portfolio, you agree to pay a fee of $10–15 (depending on the project’s complexity).

PSD Files
- PSD files can be requested.Backgrounds & Extras
- Simple Backgrounds are included; adding a complexity will cost an additional $.
- Additional elements require an extra fee.
